The web giant signed a 12-year power purchase agreement for the Tellenes plant, being developed south of Stavanger by Zephyr and Norse Vind Energi.
Tellenes will use SWT 3.2-113 turbines from Germany's Siemens at the plant, Zephyr managing director Olav Rommetveit told Recharge.
The 50-turbine wind farm will be the largest operating in Norway when it comes online by the end of 2017, said the developers.
