The power will come from Enel’s 200MW Dominica wind farm located in the state of San Luis Potosí, with sales to begin in mid-2017.
According to Enel, the 50GWh supply deal will be enough to supply half of the power needs of the bank’s offices and around 1,100 branches across the country.
Dominica was built in stages using Gamesa 2MW machines, and reached full commercial operation in mid-2015.
