Renewables engineering consultancy K2 Management has entered the floating wind, wave and tidal sectors after acquiring Cruz Atcheson, a specialist in concept design, due diligence support and project development.
The acquisition “marks another step towards K2 Management’s ambitious global growth plan,” said the Denmark-based company’s CEO Henrik Stamer.
