Industry body RenewableUK is working to promote gender diversity in the energy sector as it launched a new platform to help showcase female experts.
Switch List is a new database of women working in the energy sector that aims to make it easier for those organising industry events to identify female experts, and invite them as speakers.
The move follows a pledge made in March by RenewableUK to ensure that at least 30% of the speakers, panellists and chairs at its events are women.
