Global offshore wind pacesetter Orsted is facing legal action by the family of the Danish scientist who inspired its name change from Dong Energy, according to reports from Denmark.
Descendants of Hans Christian Orsted plan to file a lawsuit against the energy group alleging misuse of the family name for commercial purposes, according to the Reuters news agency citing the Berlingske newspaper.
