The request by bankrupt US solar manufacturer Suniva this week that President Donald Trump impose a minimum import price on PV cells and modules coming into the US looks like a long shot – but could be beneficial to wind if it came to pass.
Suniva, a relatively small PV manufacturer based in Georgia, filed for bankruptcy protection last week.
