Update: US considers increased duties on Chinese PV

Updated 26 June: Trina Solar, Suntech Power and other Chinese PV cell manufacturers could see an increased duty on their equipment sold in the US because they received discounted electricity from the Chinese government, among other "previously unreported subsidies".
