Nanjing, China-based ET acquired the project rights from an undisclosed UK developer.
ET also acts as the EPC service provider for the plant, expected to be grid-connected before the end of March and therefore eligible for 1.6 Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs).
In line with the company's UK target of 80MW this year, ET said it is in the process of acquiring another 8.4MW project, which would start in the middle of March.
ET Solar continues to expand its downstream development and EPC business, having recently commissioned projects in Ukraine, Jordan.
