Conergy buys Wirsol Solar UK

The tariffs debate has divided the German solar industry

Conergy says the UK is a key market

Conergy has bought the UK operation of German PV group Wirsol.

The deal includes a 100MW plant portfolio – 50MW of it already being built or construction-ready – and all the employees of Wirsol Solar UK.

The Wirsol deal brings Conergy’s UK pipeline to about 200MW.
