issuing

statement
earlier
this
month
insisting
it
is
“financially
sound”,
Isofoton
has
confirmed
its
intention
to
renegotiate
some
of
its
debt
with
creditors
in
Spain.
But
the
company
denies
it
is
in
danger
of
bankruptcy
–
a
claim
which
runs
counter
to
Spanish
press
reports
indicating
that
it
has
initiated
pre-insolvency
proceedings.
Law
firms
hired
by
aggrieved
Isofoton
suppliers,
including
the
logistics
and
transportation
specialist
Lamaignere,
are
understood
to
be
pushing
for
a
full
insolvency
to
open
the
company's
finances
to
scrutiny.
