Every country in the region has targets for the deployment of green energy.

Algeria | 6% of electricity generation by 2015; 15% by 2020; 40% by 2030. By technology: 831MW PV, 1.5GW concentrating solar power (CSP) and 270MW wind by 2020; 2.8GW PV, 7.2GW CSP and 2GW wind by 2030 

Bahrain | 5% renewables by 2020

Djibouti | 100% renewables by 2020
