The British developer and operator's £6m ($10.3m) PV project in County Antrim will be the province's second large-scale solar farm.
"This application was turned around in under four months, which demonstrates my commitment to improving service delivery and supporting the green economy" says Northern Ireland environment minister Mark Durkan.
