SolarWorld was due to release its annual report on 21 March.
But the company told investors today that its board is working ona “restructuring concept” with law firm Görg and Houlihan Lokey investment bank,and the annual report will be delayed.
SolarWorld announced in January that it would need to ask itscreditors to agree significant restructuring of its debts.
Today it said: “Talks with creditors are proceedingconstructively.
