The company’s Solarparcunit developed and sold a 21.3MW project on the Pütnitz peninsular inMecklenburg-Vorpommern state to the White Owl group, a German institutionalinvestor. Solarparc will continue to operate the plant.
The company’s US unitSolarWorld Americas sold two plants with a combined capacity of 25MWto Duke Energy Renewables in Twentynine Palms, California.
The US plants will beonline in the second quarter of 2013, SolarWorld said.
