The deal lifts Lightsource’s total PV capacity in the UK to 303MW, a spokeswoman tells Recharge.
The sale to London-based Lightsource was first flagged up by Juwi last month as it announced a strategic pivot of its PV division away from Germany and towards international markets, including the UK.
Juwi will be kept on as operations and maintenance supervisor at the 8.6MW
