BHE will design,supply and build the projects in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Orissa, andwill stay on to operate and maintain them for one year.
The company has alreadycommenced supplying the projects.
BHE is among the fewvertically integrated PV players in India, stretching from componentmanufacture – at a facility in Bangalore- to downstream system integration.
Separately, BHE willbegin analysing sites for solar systems in the west African nation of Nigeria,as part of a broader agreement signed recently that will see India help Nigeriain its adoption of solar energy.
