Martifer, which entered the UK in 2011 as a developer and EPC contractor, recently sold nearly30MW of capacity to Lightsource Renewable Energy, and it intends to build andsell another 50MW by the end of the year.
“[The UK] is becoming a truly high potential country forthis industry, unlike much of Europe, where the solar market is alreadymature,” says João Cunha, Martifer Solar’s UK country manager.
