SolarWorld had no comment when approached by Recharge today over the report, which cited "two people familiar with the situation". Bosch said it would not comment on market rumours.
SolarWorld according to the WSJ Online plans to keep most of the 1,600 staff at Bosch Solar’s Arnstadt location in Germany, and won’t have to pay a substantial amount for Bosch Solar.
