The deal signed yesterday follows the recent sale of Conergy’s modulefactory in Frankfurt (Oder), and the sale of Conergy’s brand name and a numberof its sales and service businesses over the summer to US investor Kawa CapitalManagement shortly after Conergy declared itself insolvent.
