ReneSola said the deal with anunnamed “leading project developer” will see its Virtus II 300W modulesinstalled in more than 10 ground-mount plants in mountainous areas of thecountry.
The plants will provide powerto residential customers. Module delivery will begin this month with shipmentscontinuing until December next year.
The big Japanese order is aboost to ReneSola, which saw its share price hit in December after it announceda costly retreat from its polysilicon production operations in China.
