FLS Energy said it expects to finish installing the panels by the end of the second quarter. It did not disclose the terms of the deal.
It will finance, build and run the projects, which are expected to provide enough electricity for 1,900 households.
Earlier this week, Shanghai-based JA Solar said it expects its first-quarter shipments to reach 620MW, above its initial forecast of 580MW-610MW.
