Theprojects will be situated in various locations around the city of Xingtai,south of Beijing.
Construction on the first 100MW phase of the projects will startthis year, according to a Chinese-language statement on the company’s website. CMNE did not disclose the value of the deal.
Earlierin May, CMNE and Xinjiang Production and Construction agreed to invest 3bn yuan($490mn) to install roughly 300MW ofsolar capacity in western China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
