US-based SunPower will supply 69MW of modules to a PV project being developed by Eurus Energy in Japan.
SunPower signed the supply deal with Shimizu Corporation, which is handling EPC work for Eurus at the plant in Aomori.
Eurus is planning to bring that plant into service in the second half of 2015.
SunPower will additionally deliver 27MW to another Eurus subsidiary for a project in Hokkaido, which will also enter service next year.
