JAGEnergy, a unit of Tokyo-based Japan Asia Group, will start building the plantin February in Kanagawa prefecture, just outside the national capital.
Thecompany expects to complete the project in March 2015. It did not reveal theterms of the deal.
Japan Asia Group plans to install 500MW of PVthroughout the country by 2015, while possibly scaling back its Europeanoperations, it has been reported.
