Q Cells, Martifer add 11MW in France

Germany-based Hanwha Q Cells has delivered PV modules to Portuguese energy company Martifer Solar for an 11MW solar array in southern France.

Martifer has installed the solar park in ten weeks, using 42,000 of Q Cells' Q.PRO-G3 modules.

"We are satisfied with the commitment and quality of Q Cells modules and look forward to continue collaborating in our future PV plants," said Bernardo Mota Veiga, head of manufacturing, purchasing and trading at Martifer Solar.

"Martifer Solar is prepared to develop and maintain key strategic partnerships in order to advance our business model and drive down the LCoE in post-FIT markets, such as France."
