solar
industry,
it
is
hard
not
to
feel
mixed
emotions
about
this
week’s
announcement
that
China
will
install
a
fiery
10GW
of
solar
in
2013
–
up
from
7GW
of
cumulative
capacity
at
the
end
of
last
year.

it
is
hard
to
differentiate
between
China’s
laudable
desire
to
boost
its
renewables

and
the
unhealthy
urge
to

giants
limping
