The
company,
China’s
second-largest
wind
turbine
manufacturer,
says
it
signed
an
agreement
earlier
this
month
with
Jiuquan
city
industrial
park
in
Gansu
province
to
develop
a
new
production
facility
with
capacity
for
2,000
inverters
per
year.
The
new
factory
will
start
production
by
the
end
of
April.
A
Chinese
news
report
also
claims
Goldwind
plans
to
build
a
30MW
solar
power
plant
on
the
outskirts
of
Jiuquan.
Goldwind
says
it
cannot
confirm
this.
However,
it
tells
Recharge
that
it
will
use
its
experience
in
developing
and
selling
control
systems
for
wind
turbines…
