that
embargoes,
anti-dumping
measures
and
trade
barriers
are
an
impediment
to
growth
of
the
global
PV
industry,
Ghosh
says.
However,
referring
to
the
US
government’s
preliminary
anti-dumping
tariffs
on
China-made
PV
cells
and
the
EU’s
recent
decision
to
launch
its
own
investigation,
Ghosh
says:
“When
you
see
things
like
this
happening,
there
are
reasons
for
it.
“I
wouldn’t
be
surprised
if
India
tries
something
like
that,”
he
adds.
“It’s
not
just
out
of
hate
that
these
things
are
being
implemented
in
the
US
and
EU,”
