Conergy to build 10.5MW PV plant at historic German estate

The solar installations will generate 10GWh of power annually

Conergy is building a 10.5MW grid-connected PV plant in the grounds of the historic Linslerhof estate in Germany’s Saarland region.

The German PV group was picked by Linslerhof’s owners the von Boch family to construct and equip the plant, which will be Saarland’s biggest PV installation.

The family – part of the Villeroy & Boch porcelain dynasty – is determined to beat planned changes to Germany’s solar subsidy regime and wants the plant finished by the end of June.
