Hans
Autenrieth
has
“relinquished
his
management
board
mandate”,
although
he
will
continue
to
act
as
a
consultant.
At
the
same
time
the
company
announced
the
appointment
of
Jans
van
Schuckmann
as
its
chief
restructuring
officer.
Van
Schuckmann’s
most
recent
position
was
chief
executive
of
Berlin-based
Herlitz,
at
a
time
that
the
office
supplies
producer
was
going
through
a
“strategic
reorientation”.
Both
changes
were
implemented
with
immediate
effect.
