polysilicon
plunged

another
9%

October,
its
sharpest
monthly
drop
in
more
than
six
months,
as
both
short-
and
long-term
buyers
pulled
back
from
the
market,
according
to
market
researcher
IHS
iSuppli
The
fall
came
even
as
lower
tier
Chinese
polysilicon
manufacturers
reined
in
production,
says
senior
IHS
PV
analyst
Glenn
Gu.
Gu
forecasts
another
drop
in
November
before
the
market
finds
its
legs
in
December
and
January
–
a
“potential
rebound”
likely
to
be
driven
by
expectations
across
the
PV
sector
of
better
times
ahead
in
2013.
