agreement
will
see
NSP
launch
a
tender
offer
for
as
much
as
15%
of
outstanding
shares
in
DelSolar,
with
the
offer
to
run
from
20
November
to
14
December.
More
significantly,
the
two
companies
are
assessing
the
possibility
of
a
full
merger,
which
would
see
the
creation
of
the
largest
Taiwanese
PV
manufacturer
–
leapfrogging
rivals
such
as
Motech
and
Gintech.
