company
has
not
yet
finalized
details
of
the
headcount
reductions,
but
they
will
impact
both
manufacturing
workers
and
management
positions
in
China
and
overseas,
Thomas
Young,
vice-president
of
investor
relations,
tells
Recharge.
Trina
had
approximately
14,000
staff
at
the
end
of
2011.
It
is
likely
to
reduce
this
number
partly
through
natural
attrition,
says
Young.
In
addition
to
the
company-wide
“operating
expense
reduction
programme”,
Trina
is
also
reorganizing
its
business,
separating
its
PV
module
unit
from
its
systems
business.
The
company
had
