it
now
expects
to
ship
390-420MW
of
modules
during
the
second
quarter,
compared
to
its
prior
guidance
of
500-520MW.
The
Changzhou-based
manufacturer
also
believes
its
overall
gross
margin
could
come
in
as
low
as
7%,
compared
to
the
10%
figure
it
previously
touted.
Those
figures
would
still
represent
an
improvement
over
the
first
quarter
of
2012,
when
Trina
shipped
380MW
of
modules,
reported
a
gross
margin
of
5.8%,
and
swallowed
a
net
loss
of
nearly
$30m.
