The
new
body,
called
EU
ProSun,
says
it
has
asked
the
European
Commission
(EC)
to
investigate
“unfair
trade
practices
by
Chinese
solar
manufacturers”,
which
could
lead
to
tariffs
on
China-made
PV
products.
It
emerged
early
this
week
that
a
group
of
companies
led
by
Germany’s
SolarWorld
had
filed
the
complaint,
though
the
parties
concerned
have
remained
silent
since
then.
Milan
Nitzschke,
a
senior
member
of
SolarWorld’s
marketing
team,
is
named
as
president
of
EU
ProSun
in
its
first
media
bulletin.
EU
ProSun
claims
“illegal
dumping
of
product
below
the
cost
of
production”…
