Highway
initiative
will
accept
public
comment
on
the
proposals
through
31
July.
They
total
more
than
25GW
in
new
and
revamped
generating
and
transmission
capacity.
There
are
51
projects
for
generation,
29
for
transmission,
four
natural
gas
pipelines
and
46
ideas
that
tackle
different
energy
issues.
