The
Majes
and
Reparticion
projects
won
contracts
in
the
Peruvian
government’s
first
alternative-energy
tender
in
2010.
Solarpack,
another
Spanish
group,
helped
to
develop
those
projects
with
T-Solar
and
is
building
two
other
arrays
in
partnership
with
Gestamp,
also
Spanish.
Those
projects,
which
won
contracts
simultaneously
with
the
Majes
and
Reparticion
solar
plants,
are
expected
to
come
on
line
this
year.
Financing
is
“very
well
advanced”
but
has
not
yet
been
closed
for
those
projects.
“We
are
building
the
plants
with
our
own
resources”
in
the
meantime,
