Solaria links with Argentina's Enarsa for up to 50MW of PV

Spanish solar group Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente has signed deal with Argentinian energy company Enarsa to jointly develop PV power plants in the South American nation.

The agreement sets out a co-operation framework that could result in a portfolio of up to 50MW of projects.

Solaria will provide a full range of services under the deal, including the supply of technology, engineering and project management.

Solaria – which is targeting Latin American markets – also plans to build solar projects in Brazil, Ecuador and Peru.

National energy company Enarsa also has wind power projects in operation and development as part of Argentina’s renewables strategy.
