urged
EU
politicians
to
introduce
tariffs
on
Chinese
cells
to
offset
what
he
views
as
“clear”
evidence
of
dumping.
Fehrenbach
says
that
allowing
Chinese
manufacturers
to
balloon
to
their
present
size
largely
on
the
back
of
the
German
market
has
been
a
“political
misdirection”
in
recent
years,
and
as
a
result
“the
bankruptcies
are
piling
up”.
