Solaria’s
announcement
follows
a
similar
one
made
in
April
by
Germany’s
Gehrlicher
Solar,
which
intends
to
build
a
250MW
PV
project
in
Spain
by
2015
without
any
subsidies.
Solaria
will
supply
modules
and
act
as
engineering,
procurement
and
construction
contractor
at
the
€60m
($75.1m)
project,
which
will
be
located
in
the
area
of
Calera
y
Chozas,
Toledo
province.
The
array
will
feed
power
into
the
Spanish
grid,
fetching
only
the
going
rate
for
the
electricity.
