($0.14)
per
kWh
for
27
years.

that,
ownership
will
be
transferred
to
the
government.

several

bidders,
including
one
backed
by
EDF-owned
EnXco.

included
as

of

long-delayed
250MW
solar
park
to
be
developed
at
the
Ashalim
communal
settlement
in
