proposals,
first
revealed
by
local
news
outlet
Nikkei,
were
confirmed
by
the
company’s
sales
manager
Morita
Keiichi.
“There
is
a
plan
but
it
is
not
yet
determined,”
he
tells
Recharge.
According
to
Nikkei,
the
company
is
currently
in
negotiations
with
local
governments
in
Fukushima
and
Miyagi
prefectures
to
build
a
plant
with
150MW
production
capacity.
It
could
start
manufacturing
early
next
year.
