will
serve
as
the
engineering,
procurement
and
construction
contractor
for
the
Cimarron
I
project
in
northern
New
Mexico,
adjacent
to
land
owned
by
Turner,
who
is
the
largest
individual
landowner
in
North
America.
Construction
is
set
to
begin
this
month
and
be
completed
by
the
end
of
the
year,
employing
200
people
at
its
peak.
Southern
Turner
Renewable
Energy,
announced
in
January,
will
own
the
project,
which
has
a
25-year
power
purchase
agreement
with
Tri-State
Generation
and
Transmission
Association,
a
wholesale
supplier
serving
