Macho
Springs
plant
will
be
the
US
state's
biggest
solar
project
when
it
is
finished
in
2014.
The
company
will
build
the
plant
using
its
own
thin-film
modules,
with
power
generated
sold
to
El
Paso
Electric
under
a
purchase
agreement
that
is
still
subject
to
regulatory
approval.
Macho
Springs
is
being
built
on
land
leased
from
the
New
Mexico
State
Land
Office.
