deal
closes
financing
for
the
PV
plant
in
the
Mojave
Desert,
which
is
scheduled
to
achieve
full
operations
in
the
second
quarter
of
this
year.
The
investment
group,
comprising
GE
Energy
Financial
Services,
MetLife,
Union
Bank
and
Citi
then
plans
to
buy
the
remaining
stake,
says
the
developer.
Terms
of
the
deal
were
not
disclosed.
