The project features more than 3,650 panels that will deliver clean electricity to Arena Pernambuco stadium, the site of five World Cup football matches this summer.

The ground-mount system is located on 15,000 square meters of land in Sao Lourenço de Mata, a suburb of regional capital Recife, and will generate more than 1.5GWh annually.

It will meet 30% of Arena Pernambuco's electricity demand.
