The sale is part of a larger agreement whereby BluEarth will acquire four planned solar PV plants totaling 38.5MW from Canadian Solar Solutions. All four are scheduled to reach commercial operation through the second quarter of 2015.
Little Creek is located in the town of Napanee and the other three in Kawartha Lakes, Belleville and Beaverton. Canadian Solar Solutions will provide turnkey engineering, procurement and construction services for all four projects.
