The 19.76MW CID project in Kings County has a power-purchase agreement (PPA) with Pacific Gas and Electric.
The 23MW Cottonwood, on two sites in Kings County and Kern County, has a PPA with Marin Clean Energy.
Construction is expected to begin in this quarter, with CID Solar due to be completed in October and Cottonwood by the first quarter of 2015.
