Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Duke Energy Renewables says the twin projects, namedHighlander Solar 1 and 2, are in close proximity and will be run as a singleoperation. It will collectively generate enough power for more than 4,000homes. 

Upon completion of the projects this quarter, SouthernCalifornia Edison will buy all of the output through a 20-year power purchaseagreement.
