Verizon says it has signed a multi-year agreement with SunPower regarding the installation of rooftop, ground-mount and solar-parking canopy PV systems in half a dozen states, including California and North Carolina.
A SunPower spokeswomantells Recharge the company is negotiating with Verizon for 5.4MW of totalcapacity, all of which is expected to be on line by the end of the year andgenerating some 8 million kWh of electricity annually.
